In the spirit of thankfulness, The Cuyahoga Group would like to express our gratitude to each of our team members, and to the partnerships we’ve grown with all of our customers.  Every Monday and Thursday through the month of November The Cuyahoga Group will be spotlighting The Cuyahoga Group Executive Team and what they are Thankful for. 

Executive Team Member- Thankful Series 7 with Carla Variglotti, Vice President of Customer Development

 What is your favorite part of your job? 

Carla: I absolutely love the team and believe if we were all the same, life would be boring.  I Believe in people, the team and myself. The simple words of believing in someone seems easy but knowing someone believes in you helps make the dream happen. We can do great things, especially when we work together to accomplish a task.

What’s a hard lesson that you have learned by dealing with COVID 19? 

Carla: My heart hurts for what people have endured this year. Dr. Suess says it best: “You are Braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”  I am amazed and proud of the what the Cuyahoga Group team has been able to accomplish this year. We are building the road while driving on it.

What’s something you look forward to in the future (Business and Personal)?

Carla: I look forward to seeing people in person. I miss connecting with others.   

Carla: I am thankful for my health, my Cuyahoga group family, my Variglotti Family and my Hinton family. They all give me hope and love.
