November marks the start of the holiday season, and Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away. So in the spirit of thankfulness, The Cuyahoga Group would like to express our gratitude to each of our team members, and to the partnerships we’ve grown with all of our customers. 

Every Monday and Thursday through the month of November The Cuyahoga Group will be spotlighting a Cuyahoga Group Executive Team member and what they are thankful for.

Jim Variglotti, Founder and CEO, kicks off our Thankful November with a few things he is thankful for.
This year has been hard on many of us and I am thankful to work with great people every day.

What is your favorite part of your job? 

Jim: I enjoy working with all the different personalities and being around long enough to see how some people have changed including myself!

What’s a hard lesson that you have learned by dealing with COVID 19? 

Jim: The virus is hard for all of us in different ways. The hardest thing is understanding how people are dealing with it.  

What’s something you look forward to in the future (Business and Personal)?

Jim: I look forward to the election being over and going back to a little normalcy!

Jim: I’m very pleased and thankful for how the company and the family has handled this crisis so far.  It shows how outstanding our people are!  I’m so fortunate and grateful for that!
