Cuyahoga Group Team Member Eddie Osredkar has been selected as our Employee Spotlight for April, 2021.
On April 3, 2021, Eddie celebrated 15 years in his role as Route Supervisor for the Cuyahoga Group. With a great sense of humor, Eddie has raised the bar on service and team work, continues to always be reliable and his willingness to always go that extra mile, has created an invaluable example for other team members to follow.
Congratulations Eddie on your 15th Anniversary with The Cuyahoga Group! We appreciate all that you do, and we are grateful that you are part of our team!
What is your current role with The Cuyahoga Group, and what past roles have you held?
Route Supervisor, Have been in this position since I came over from Lum’s Vending. At Lum’s I started out as a route driver and worked my way to where I’m at now.
What do you like most about your job, and why?
Getting to see behind the scenes of different factories and locations that the general public might never see. It’s almost as like watching one of those How it’s Made TV shows.
Tell us a fun fact, or facts, about yourself:
I like to think I have a pretty good sense of humor and I’m always trying to look for the bright side of any situation.
What is your favorite kind of food or meal?
My Aunt used to make a great version of Chicken Paprikash. So, I’d have to say that would be my favorite.
What kind of music do you like? Do you have a favorite band or singer?
The only music I can’t stand is if the singer is screaming into the microphone or I cant understand what they are singing. Other than that I’m pretty open to any genre. If I had to narrow it down I would say 80’s pop. Huey Lewis, Billy Joel, The Bangles……
What is your favorite movie, TV show or book?
I can quote any line from the Back to the Future trilogy. I’m a big scfi/fantasy nut.
Please share with us a goal you’d like to accomplish someday:
Would love to own a house one day.
Once the pandemic is behind us, what is one thing you can’t wait to do?
To be able to go to concerts again would be nice.
