Like all successful businesses, we’re not content to get stuck in a rut, always doing things the same way. Instead, we strategically drum up excitement and energy for our customers, venues where we distribute food through vending machines, markets, cafeterias and catering programs. That’s why we regularly offer special promotions.
Here’s how it works: At least a half dozen times a year, we distribute flyers at various locations, announcing the promotion. Then, we apply stickers carrying a code on a bag of chips, a bottle of water, a cheese danish or a cup of coffee, inviting the customer to visit our website during a specified period of time (generally about two weeks), enter the code and learn if they’re a winner. In fact, we just launched another promotion, which we call Cuyahoga Cookout.
Why do we do this? Because we like to find new ways to drive interest and excitement for our customers, giving them additional reasons to do business with us..It has a way of energizing everyone, and we’ve always found that an energized workplace is a key to any organization’s success. Not long ago, Bernadette Lockard, an employee at our client Riddell, a prominent sports equipment company, won a new bike for her efforts.
